We offer a variety of short series virtual mental health workshops. These series are often integrative and include breathing exercises, somatic practices, yoga and expressive arts.

Virtual Bedtime Vin Yin Yoga

Unwind and indulge in the serenity of Virtual Bedtime Vin Yin Yoga. Vinyasa is a dynamic flowing practice seamlessly linking poses and breath. Yin yoga is a more meditative practice that involves holding passive poses for extended periods targeting connective tissue and deep relaxation.  

 

This harmonious blend of half vinyasa and half yin creates the perfect balance of movement and stillness. This class is tailored to guide you towards a restful night's sleep and designed to release tension and promote relaxation.

Virtual Self-Paced Yoga for Mental Health

6 weeks - $80+hst

Nurture both your mind and body with this holistic approach to healing. Each week you'll receive a 60 minute yoga practice suitable for all levels including a targeted breathing exercise to enhance mental clarity and emotional well being as well as a relaxing short meditation.  You will also receive a short psycho-educational video drawing from evidence-based therapeutic approaches as well as a weekly journal prompt to help guide you through self-discovery and personal growth.

Worrier to Warrior (Virtual)

This experiential workshop blends yoga practices with mental health education to help you befriend your anxious mind. Through gentle movement, breath-work, and research-based therapeutic strategies, you’ll learn how to more readily access your inner resilience in the face of discomfort and uncertainty.

Life After A Baby

Virtual group therapy for new moms. 

Wednesdays 7-8pm

Begins June 5th, 2024 (4 weeks) - $80+hst

Join us for a supportive and nurturing space where new mothers can come together to share their experiences,
challenges, and triumphs. Gain valuable insights and coping strategies from a licensed therapist. Learn about postpartum mental health, self-care practices, and resources available to support your well-being.
