Approach
Life can pull us in so many directions, and it's easy to feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, especially during big transitions like pregnancy, postpartum, early parenthood, moving, career change or divorce.
As a psychotherapist, I support clients navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and perinatal mental health with gentle curiosity and compassion. My approach blends talk therapy, mindfulness, and somatic awareness to help you tune into your body and patterns without judgment. For those who are interested, I also offer optional trauma-informed yoga practices for those interested in building self-awareness through gentle movement and breath, always at a pace and style that feels right to you.
My goal is to help you build resilience, emotional regulation and grow in self-compassion, so you can feel more grounded and present for the things that matter. If this resonates, I’d be happy to connect for a free consultation.
