My Approach
Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves, from others, or from the life they hoped to be living. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with individuals navigating grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, and the quiet overwhelm that can come from life. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you’re carrying, without judgment or pressure.

As a certified clinical trauma specialist, my approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), tailoring our work to your unique needs rather than fitting you into a rigid framework.
Grief is a central part of my work. While it’s often associated with death, grief also emerges through many other losses: the end of a relationship, changes in health, shifts in identity, unmet expectations, or the life you thought you’d be living by now. These experiences can feel isolating and difficult to name. In our work together, I aim to create space for your grief to be acknowledged, honoured, and understood.
Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. Wherever you are in your journey, I will meet you with warmth, respect, and a deep belief in your capacity for growth and healing.
