My Approach
I am so excited to work with you to develop and maintain balance, wellness, and clarity in your life. Ultimately, the goal of our therapeutic experience together is to ensure you feel not only heard, valued, but empowered to move toward a more aligned sense of self. This can feel tricky and confusing to do when you are in the thick of it, that's where I come in. Therapy allows us to focus intentionally on you and your needs and bring clarity to each situation.
As someone who has experienced mental illness and life challenges and who has extensive training as a psychotherapist, I encourage the importance of practicing strategies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness based approaches, Solution focused therapy, Yoga and Cold healing, and other approaches to help guide you toward balance. I offer non-judgmental, compassionate support for any of life's adventures. These can include anxieties, fears, relationship navigation, neurodiverse life experiences, traumas, depression, existential/spiritual support, and simply perspective shifting. Whatever the need, I will work with you to help navigate places you may need support to improve your overall wellbeing.
Finding the right fit in therapy is essential. My goal is to guide you toward making appropriate decisions in your life from a grounded, value-based space that matters to you. I happily offer free 15 minute consultations to ensure our partnership feels comfortable and aligned. Your journey to healing and transformation begins with that initial step, and I am here, ready to support you in every step.
