Approach

We each have an incredible capacity for growth, healing, and transformation. While life's challenges can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about the future, it can be helpful to view these experiences not as permanent conditions, but as opportunities to better understand ourselves and create meaningful change.

My approach is grounded in the belief that lasting growth happens when we engage the whole person. It is helpful to engage the mind, body, emotions, relationships, values, and environment. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I work collaboratively with clients to explore the deeper patterns, experiences, and strengths that shape their lives. Primarily, I work with people who have experienced trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence, life transitions and mood related disorders. Together, we identify practical tools through mindfulness and a human approach to create pathways that support healing and help you move toward the life you want to create.

Finding the right fit in therapy is essential. My goal is to guide you toward making appropriate decisions in your life from a grounded, value-based space that matters to you. I happily offer free 15 minute consultations to ensure our partnership feels comfortable and aligned. Your journey to healing and transformation begins with that initial step, and I am here, ready to support you along the way.
