By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Site.

We collect this information for the purpose of improving your experience with the Site.  

2.    CONSENT TO COLLECTION 

We generally only collect your Personal Information directly from you when you voluntarily submit it to us. This may be done by opting into our email opt-in list, by emailing us, by visiting our Site, by purchasing services or products through our Site, and via third party platforms associated with the delivery of our services or products. By voluntarily submitting Personal Information to us, you consent to its collection, storage, use, and disclosure in accordance with this policy. 

You may unsubscribe from our communication at any time by sending us a request at info@flexibleminds.ca and/or by using the automated unsubscribe feature in our emails. In doing so, you understand that you will no longer be notified of information or updates from us. 


3.    MINORS


We do not knowingly market to or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from someone under the age of 18, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable steps to delete the data from our storage.

We only use your Personal Information for our legitimate business purposes, including:

•    Communicating with you if you’ve purchased services or products from us.

The Company is not responsible for how third parties collect, store, use, and disclose your Personal Information, or for any losses or damages you may incur from a third party website or application.

8.    TRACKING & ANALYTICS


The Site uses the following tracking and analytics technology:


Cookies: The Site uses cookies to allow you to navigate and use key features of the Site. You can disable the use of cookies through your browser settings, but this may limit how you can interact with the Site’s features.

 
Do Not Track Signals: The Site does not respond to Do Not Track signals from browsers visiting the Site. 


Device Identifiers: The Site uses device identifiers on the web and mobile applications to track, analyze, and improve Site performance.

The security of your Personal Information is extremely important to us, but unfortunately no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. The Company does not warrant the security of any Personal Information you submit to us.
You are responsible for doing you part to keep your Personal Information secure. For example, if you are asked to create a personal log-in through our Site or related platforms, you must ensure that you keep your password confidential.
