Walk & Talk Therapy
Offered in Pickering

Close-Up Tree Bark

What to expect

Take your therapy outdoors! Walk & Talk therapy offers a fresh approach by combining traditional talk therapy while walking in nature.

Walk & Talk covers everything you’d expect in a typical therapy session; exploring your thoughts, feelings, and goals all while also offering opportunities for mindfulness and grounding in nature.  Walking can help reduce stress, create space for reflection, and make it easier to process your experiences.

Sessions take place along the Pickering waterfront south of Kingston Road and Rosebank Road.
