My Approach
Life can hit hard sometimes. Stress, anxiety, relationship struggles, and major changes, like a move, a new job, or becoming a parent, can shake up everything you thought you had under control. Even the strongest relationships can start to feel heavy under the weight of stress or disconnection. Suddenly you’re questioning yourself, your partner, or your path, and trying to hold it all together feels exhausting. Here’s the truth: you don’t have to do it alone.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. With a trauma-informed, straight-talking approach, I bring together proven practices and mindfulness techniques to help you cut through the noise, get grounded, and reconnect with your own wisdom. My role isn’t to “fix” you... you’re not broken. Instead, I’ll walk alongside you as you untangle the stress, navigate relationship challenges, build resilience, and find strategies that actually fit your life.
Therapy with me is real, honest, and human. If you’re ready to stop just surviving and start feeling more in control, I invite you to book a free consultation. Let’s start rewriting the story together.
“Being human is not hard because you're doing it wrong; it's hard because you're doing it right.” – Glennon Doyle, Untamed
