My Approach

I come to this work not just as a therapist, but as someone who knows firsthand the profound impact a supportive therapeutic relationship can have. My own experiences with therapy taught me the importance of finding the right fit. I believe in people’s ability to heal and grow and that with the right fit, therapy becomes a space for meaningful, lasting change. That belief guides how I show up: with genuine compassion, presence, and a commitment to building a relationship where you feel seen, supported, and empowered.

I support people experiencing emotional challenges, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or self-doubt, negative thinking patterns, and those who feel stuck or disconnected from themselves, others, or the life they want to live. My goal is to help you feel empowered and supported as you move toward a more purposeful, meaningful, and authentic life.

My approach is grounded in authenticity, empathy, and collaboration. Using an integrative framework drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) we’ll explore your inner world in a way that fosters insight, resilience, and real change. Together, we’ll work to better understand your patterns, break cycles that no longer serve you, and reconnect with what truly matters to you.

To help you get started, I offer free consultations as an opportunity for us to connect, talk about what you're looking for, and see if we're the right fit. I look forward to supporting you.
