What to expect
Therapy looks a little different for everyone. There is no one size fits all. Through the therapeutic relationship, we will work together towards your desired goals. Sessions are 50 minutes and conducted via secure video platforming or via phone.
Together we will explore, discover, uncover, process, learn, and apply to your life what you learn from our work together. Whether you are looking for a non-judgemental and safe space to let it all out, or you are looking for someone to challenge you and provide you with the education and skills... we cater our approach to each individual that we work with. We understand that taking this step can be overwhelming. We want to remind you that there's always hope! We are incredibly passionate about the work we do and are here to support you.

Yoga Add-On To Therapy

$30-$90 + hst per 50 min session

Facilitated by a master’s student intern therapist/registered psychotherapist (qualifying)
Walk & Talk Therapy
$160 + hst per 50 min session
Being in nature offers a great opportunity to practice mindfulness. Walk & talk sessions bridge talk-therapy with physical activity by taking your typical therapy session outdoors.
